For those who thought the Minister answered every question they ever had in the first volume, be prepared for another moment of, “How did he know I was thinking about that” in Volume 2! The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan levels the reader up for another round of profound understanding. He heightens the Q & A experience by answering questions one may not have consciously known they had. He addresses matters of the heart, and he does this with the greatest of love, compassion and clarity.

Some complain about the younger generation’s refusal to read and often criticize their methods of expression, but the realities on the ground are different for the Nation of Islam’s youth, and perhaps we are witnessing a positive shift in the reading habits of youth in general. I’ve seen more teenagers and “twenty-somethings” carrying this book around, posting quotes from it on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter—and posting pictures of themselves reading it—than any book in recent memory. Clearly, these youth still enjoy reading. Perhaps writers and publishers should pay more attention to the method of delivery, and content.

One thing I love about this book is that The Minister doesn’t tell the reader what to do but instead he invites you to it. I love the way he answers questions from so many different people. I couldn’t put this book down.

I wasn’t much of a fan of Minister Farrakhan before reading this book. I must now admit, he struck me with the richness of his answers; short yet impactful and full of so many levels of depth. And I must add, dopeness! (LOL) I bought several copies to give away to my students and once they started reading it, they asked if I could add it to their daily curriculum of activities. I know that would make him smile.

This is so refreshing to have man of his stature take the time to answer our questions. Even one of my questions made it inside this volume one! Wow, what an honor! Minister Farrakhan is surely a divine man because he can touch your soul with just 140 characters. Now, THIS is how you use social media. Uplift the people.
